My name is Mahesh Thouta, and today I am reaching out with a hopeful heart and a humble request to help my little daughter, Komal Mahesh Thouta. Komal has been suffering from severe hearing loss, a condition that has kept her from experiencing the beautiful sounds of the world—her mother’s voice, laughter, music, and the simple joys every child deserves.
Doctors at KEM Hospital, Parel East, Mumbai, after several tests and consultations, have advised an urgent Cochlear Implant Surgery. This surgery is the only way to restore her ability to hear and give her a fair chance at a normal, happy future. Every day we delay, her speech and developmental progress fall further behind.
We have managed to spend Rs. 1,00,000 so far on tests, consultations, and initial procedures. However, the total cost of the surgery and post-operative therapy is Rs. 6,09,000 more. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to arrange such a huge amount on our own. As a father, it breaks my heart that financial limitations stand in the way of my daughter’s chance to hear and speak.

मेरा नाम महेश ठौता है, और आज मैं आप सभी से एक विनम्र अनुरोध और आशा भरे हृदय के साथ अपनी छोटी बेटी कोमल महेश ठौता की मदद करने की प्रार्थना कर रहा हूँ। कोमल पिछले कुछ समय से गंभीर सुनने की समस्या से जूझ रही है, जिसकी वजह से वह दुनिया की खूबसूरत आवाज़ें—अपनी माँ की आवाज़, हँसी, संगीत और वे छोटी-छोटी खुशियाँ—जो हर बच्चे का अधिकार हैं, नहीं सुन पा रही है।
मुंबई के केईएम अस्पताल, परेल ईस्ट में कई जाँच और परामर्श के बाद डॉक्टरों ने तुरंत कॉक्लियर इम्प्लांट सर्जरी की सलाह दी है। यह सर्जरी ही उसकी सुनने की क्षमता वापस लाने का एकमात्र उपाय है, जिससे उसे एक सामान्य और खुशहाल भविष्य मिल सके। हर दिन की देरी उसकी स्पीच और विकास की प्रगति को पीछे धकेल रही है।
हम अब तक ₹1,00,000 जाँच और प्रारंभिक उपचार में खर्च कर चुके हैं। लेकिन सर्जरी और उसके बाद की थेरेपी का कुल खर्च लगभग ₹6,09,000 और है। इतना बड़ा खर्च उठाना हमारे लिए संभव नहीं है। एक पिता होने के नाते, यह सोचकर दिल टूट जाता है कि आर्थिक तंगी मेरी बेटी को सुनने और बोलने के मौके से वंचित कर रही है।
इसीलिए मैं आप सभी से दिल से मदद की अपील करता हूँ।
