My name is Smita Sawant, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart, hoping for kindness and support for my beloved son, Harsh Sawant.

Recently, Harsh met with a severe road accident that changed our lives in an instant. He sustained multiple injuries along with a serious dislocation, and his condition was critical from the very beginning. Due to the seriousness of his injuries, he had to be immediately admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he was fighting for his life.

For many days, every moment was uncertain for our family. Watching my son in such a fragile condition has been the most painful experience of my life. Despite the emotional and financial struggle, we have done everything possible to ensure he receives the best medical care.

So far, we have already spent approximately ₹1,50,000 on his treatment, including emergency care, ICU support, and initial procedures. Currently, Harsh is undergoing advanced treatment at D Y Patil Hospital, Navi Mumbai. The doctors have recommended continued intensive treatment and recovery care, which is estimated to cost around ₹5,00,000 more.

As a family, we have exhausted our savings and are now struggling to manage the rising medical expenses. The situation is becoming increasingly difficult for us to handle alone.

अनेक दिवस आमच्या कुटुंबासाठी प्रत्येक क्षण अनिश्चिततेचा होता. माझ्या मुलाला अशा नाजूक अवस्थेत पाहणं हा माझ्या आयुष्यातील सर्वात वेदनादायक अनुभव होता. भावनिक आणि आर्थिक संघर्ष असूनही, आम्ही त्याला सर्वोत्तम उपचार मिळावेत यासाठी शक्य ते सर्व प्रयत्न केले.

आत्तापर्यंत आम्ही त्याच्या उपचारांसाठी अंदाजे ₹1,50,000 खर्च केले आहेत, ज्यामध्ये आपत्कालीन उपचार, ICU देखभाल आणि प्राथमिक प्रक्रिया यांचा समावेश आहे. सध्या हर्षवर डॉ. डी. वाय. पाटील हॉस्पिटल, नवी मुंबई येथे पुढील प्रगत उपचार सुरू आहेत. डॉक्टरांनी त्याच्या पुढील intensive उपचार व पुनर्वसनासाठी सुमारे ₹5,00,000 अधिक खर्च लागेल असे सांगितले आहे.

आमच्या कुटुंबाने आमची सर्व बचत संपवली असून वाढत्या वैद्यकीय खर्चामुळे आम्ही पूर्णपणे हतबल झालो आहोत. ही परिस्थिती एकट्याने हाताळणे आमच्यासाठी खूप कठीण होत आहे.
