I was diagnosed with metastatic cholangiocarcinoma, a stage 4 bile duct cancer that has already spread beyond my liver. For the past 6 months, this battle has not left me. I have been weak, in pain and wondering when the next moment will be better than the last.
Now, chemotherapy and immunotherapy have become my only hope. I have already completed 6 cycles of chemo, each one draining me physically and emotionally. Some days, even getting out of bed feels impossible… but I remind myself that giving up is not an option.
Right now, I am at home, continuing my treatment, holding on to every bit of strength I have left. But I still need more cycles to keep this fight going.
The cost of treatment is overwhelming for my family and me. I never imagined I would have to ask for help like this… but today, I am reaching out with hope in my heart.
