He is just 20 years old, yet far more responsible than his age. As a farmer, I always worked hard with one dream to secure a better future for my son. Seeing him healthy and happy was everything I ever wished for as a father. But even in my worst nightmares, I never imagined that one day he would be fighting for his life.

My name is Balaram Shelar, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to seek urgent support for my 20-year-old son, Yogesh Shelar, whose life changed overnight after a tragic accident.

Yogesh suffered a severe head injury and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Doctors diagnosed him with LEFT FTP EDH ( trauma like a head injury)and performed an emergency Left Decompressive Craniectomy with Evacuation of EDH. Despite the surgery, he is currently in the ICU on ventilator support and under continuous care. His condition remains critical, and the road to recovery is expected to be long and challenging.

Yogesh is the pride of our family. I am a hardworking farmer with a very limited income. Watching our only son struggle for life has been devastating. We are emotionally shattered and financially overwhelmed by the rising costs of ICU care, surgery, medicines, and repeated scans.
