My name is Sonu Gupta, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for your support during one of the most challenging times of my life. Since January 2025, I have been suffering from a serious hip condition that has made even the simplest daily activities painful and difficult. After months of consultations, tests, and medical evaluations, my doctors have advised immediate surgery as the only way to improve my condition and restore my mobility.
My surgery has been scheduled for 5th June, and it is a crucial step toward regaining my health and independence. Unfortunately, the cost of the treatment and surgery is beyond my family's financial capacity. I require approximately ₹2,50,000 to cover the expenses of the operation, hospitalization, medications, rehabilitation, and post-surgery care.
This medical condition has not only affected my physical health but has also placed a tremendous emotional and financial burden on my family. मेरी सर्जरी 5 जून को निर्धारित की गई है, जो मेरे स्वास्थ्य और आत्मनिर्भरता को वापस पाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। दुर्भाग्यवश, उपचार और सर्जरी का खर्च मेरे परिवार की आर्थिक क्षमता से कहीं अधिक है। ऑपरेशन, अस्पताल में भर्ती, दवाइयों, पुनर्वास और सर्जरी के बाद की देखभाल के लिए लगभग ₹2,50,000 की आवश्यकता है।
इस बीमारी ने न केवल मेरे शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य को प्रभावित किया है, बल्कि मेरे परिवार पर भावनात्मक और आर्थिक रूप से भी भारी बोझ डाल दिया है। हमारी हर संभव कोशिश के बावजूद हम उपचार के लिए आवश्यक धनराशि की व्यवस्था नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। जैसे-जैसे सर्जरी की तारीख नज़दीक आ रही है, हमें आपकी सहायता की अत्यंत आवश्यकता है।
