Soni is a loving mother, a caring wife, and the heart of our family. Together, we have built a life filled with memories, raising our three children and supporting one another through every challenge.
In April 2016, our lives changed forever.
Soni was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. Doctors informed us that her kidneys had become severely damaged and were shrinking. Since then, our family has been fighting a battle we never expected.
For years, dialysis has become a part of our lives. Through it all, Soni has remained strong, even when the treatments left her exhausted.
As a husband, it is painful to watch the person you love struggle every day while knowing there is little you can do to ease her suffering.
Over the years, we have spent nearly ₹40 to ₹50 lakh on her treatment. We used our savings and relied on whatever support we could find. Today, our son is the only earning member of the family, and he does everything he can to support us. But we have reached a point where we cannot continue this fight alone…
Doctors have told us that a kidney transplant is now the only remaining option to save Soni's life.
The transplant offers hope, a chance for her to live without endless dialysis sessions and a chance for our family to enjoy life together again.
