My name is Nayan Das, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for support to save my nephew, Sayan Biswas.

On 15th August, Sayan was in a tragic road accident that left him with severe injuries, including a critical jaw fracture and brain hemorrhage. Since the accident, his condition has been extremely serious, and he has been admitted to Care and Cure Hospital, Bengal, where he is currently in the ICU under ventilator support, fighting for his life every moment.

Our family has been devastated by this sudden tragedy. Sayan is young, full of dreams, and has his entire life ahead of him. But now, he is struggling to survive, and his recovery depends on immediate and continued medical treatment.

So far, we have managed to spend around ₹4,50,000 on his treatment with the help of family, friends, and well-wishers. Unfortunately, the costs are mounting rapidly. Doctors have informed us that his treatment will require at least ₹4,50,000 more, which is beyond what we can afford. The expenses include ICU charges, ventilator support, medicines, and surgical care for his jaw injury.

We are doing everything we can, but despite our best efforts, we are falling short of funds. This is why I am turning to you with folded hands, requesting your kind support. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in saving Sayan’s life.

15 अगस्त को सयान एक भयानक सड़क दुर्घटना का शिकार हो गया, जिसमें उसे गंभीर चोटें आईं, जिनमें जबड़े की गंभीर हड्डी टूटना और ब्रेन हेमरेज शामिल है। दुर्घटना के बाद से उसकी स्थिति बेहद नाज़ुक बनी हुई है और उसे बंगाल के केयर एंड क्योर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहाँ वह इस समय आईसीयू में वेंटिलेटर सपोर्ट पर हर पल अपनी ज़िंदगी की जंग लड़ रहा है।

यह अचानक हुई त्रासदी हमारे परिवार के लिए बहुत बड़ा झटका है। सयान अभी युवा है, सपनों से भरा हुआ है और उसका पूरा जीवन उसके सामने पड़ा है। लेकिन आज वह अपनी जिंदगी बचाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है और उसकी रिकवरी के लिए तुरंत और लगातार इलाज की जरूरत है।

अब तक हमने परिवार, दोस्तों और शुभचिंतकों की मदद से लगभग ₹4,50,000 उसके इलाज पर खर्च किए हैं। दुर्भाग्यवश, खर्चे लगातार बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। डॉक्टरों ने हमें बताया है कि इलाज के लिए कम से कम ₹4,50,000 और की आवश्यकता होगी, जो हमारी क्षमता से बाहर है। इन खर्चों में आईसीयू चार्ज, वेंटिलेटर सपोर्ट, दवाइयाँ और जबड़े की सर्जरी का खर्च शामिल है।

हम पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं, लेकिन अपनी सीमाओं के कारण अब हम सबकी मदद माँगने पर मजबूर हैं। आपका छोटा सा सहयोग भी सयान की जिंदगी बचाने में अमूल्य साबित होगा।
