My name is Sanju Mutum, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt plea to help save my father, Mr. K. N. Mishra, who is courageously battling Kidney Cancer, specifically Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC). RCC is a serious and aggressive form of cancer that occurs when kidney cells grow uncontrollably due to genetic changes.
After extensive medical evaluations and months of struggle, doctors have now advised immediate immunotherapy as the only viable option to control the disease and give my father a fighting chance at life. This treatment is time-sensitive and cannot be delayed without severe risk.
So far, our family has already spent approximately ₹1 crore on surgeries, hospitalizations, diagnostics, and ongoing care. Every possible saving we had has been exhausted. I am the only earning member of my family, and despite my best efforts, I cannot bear this overwhelming financial burden alone.
The next phase of treatment will cost an additional ₹50,00,000, an amount far beyond our reach. Without this treatment, my father’s condition could worsen rapidly. With it, there is hope—hope for more time, more memories, and more life.

अब तक हमारे परिवार ने सर्जरी, अस्पताल में भर्ती, जांचों और निरंतर इलाज पर लगभग ₹1 करोड़ खर्च कर दिए हैं। हमारी सारी जमा-पूंजी खत्म हो चुकी है। मैं परिवार का एकमात्र कमाने वाला सदस्य हूँ और अपनी पूरी कोशिशों के बावजूद, इस भारी आर्थिक बोझ को अकेले उठाने में असमर्थ हूँ।
इलाज के अगले चरण में लगभग ₹50,00,000 का अतिरिक्त खर्च आएगा, जो हमारी पहुंच से बहुत बाहर है। इस उपचार के बिना मेरे पिता की हालत तेजी से बिगड़ सकती है। लेकिन इस इलाज के साथ अभी भी उम्मीद बाकी है—थोड़ा और समय, और कुछ और अनमोल यादों की।
