My name is Jabaraj V, and I am reaching out with hope and humility to seek support for my ongoing medical treatment. I am currently suffering from a severe Achilles tendon injury, for which doctors have advised tendo Achilles repair followed by continuous treatment and rehabilitation. This condition has caused intense pain, restricted mobility, and has significantly affected my ability to carry out daily activities and earn a livelihood.

After medical evaluation, I was advised immediate and long-term treatment to prevent permanent damage and to help me regain normal movement. I am presently undergoing treatment at Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, where specialist doctors are closely monitoring my condition. The recovery process is long and requires ongoing medical care, follow-up procedures, physiotherapy, and medications to ensure proper healing and avoid complications.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of this treatment has become overwhelming. So far, I have already spent ₹1,50,000 on consultations, diagnostics, surgery-related procedures, medicines, and hospital care. However, my treatment is far from complete. To continue the required medical care and rehabilitation, an additional ₹3,50,000 is urgently needed. This amount is beyond my financial capacity, and my savings have been completely exhausted.

Due to this injury, I am unable to work normally, which has further worsened my financial situation. Managing household responsibilities along with rising medical expenses has become extremely difficult. Without timely support, continuing the treatment may not be possible, which could seriously impact my recovery and future mobility.
