My name is Sachin Khandale, and as a well-wisher, I am raising funds for Hasan Ali Mohd Rafiq Sayyed, who is bravely fighting Epilepsy, a serious neurological disorder that causes repeated seizures due to abnormal electrical activity in the brain. These sudden seizures have made his daily life extremely difficult and stressful for him and his family.
Along with epilepsy, Hasan Ali is also suffering from a severe dental infection. There is pus in his teeth, and the infection is slowly affecting other parts of his body, making his health condition even more critical. Due to continuous health complications, he requires proper medical care, regular medicines, tests, and further treatment for recovery.
At present, Hasan Ali is on medication and undergoing treatment, but the medical expenses are increasing every day. So far, nearly ₹1,00,000 has already been spent on his treatment. However, doctors have advised that he will need further treatment and care costing around ₹10,00,000 more.

वर्तमान में हसन अली दवाइयों पर हैं और उनका इलाज जारी है, लेकिन इलाज का खर्च दिन-ब-दिन बढ़ता जा रहा है। अब तक उनके इलाज पर लगभग ₹1,00,000 खर्च हो चुके हैं। डॉक्टरों के अनुसार, आगे के इलाज और देखभाल के लिए लगभग ₹10,00,000 और की आवश्यकता है।
