My name is Deepak Kumar Mandal, and I am writing this with a heavy heart to ask for your kind help. I recently met with a serious accident that left me with multiple injuries on my right leg and hand. The accident has changed my life completely. What started as a regular day turned into a nightmare, and now I am fighting every day just to stand and walk again.
I am currently being treated at Guru Nanak Hospital and Research Center, Jharkhand, where the doctors have been doing their best to take care of me. However, due to the severity of my injuries, they have advised that I undergo immediate surgery to avoid further complications and to save my limbs.

इस समय मेरा इलाज गुरु नानक अस्पताल एवं रिसर्च सेंटर, झारखंड में चल रहा है, जहाँ डॉक्टर मेरी पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं। लेकिन मेरी चोटों की गंभीरता को देखते हुए, डॉक्टरों ने कहा है कि मुझे तत्काल सर्जरी करानी होगी, ताकि और जटिलताएं न बढ़ें और मेरे अंगों को बचाया जा सके।
इस सर्जरी और आगे के इलाज का खर्च लगभग ₹5,00,000 है, जो मेरे और मेरे परिवार के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी रकम है। हमने अब तक जो कुछ भी था, वह इलाज में खर्च कर दिया है, और अब हमारे पास कुछ भी नहीं बचा है। मेरा परिवार पूरी कोशिश कर रहा है, लेकिन इतने कम समय में इतनी बड़ी राशि का इंतजाम कर पाना हमारे लिए संभव नहीं है।
