My name is Sarvesh Pandey, and today I am reaching out to you with a humble request to support my sister, Anjali Pandey, who is bravely fighting a very painful and difficult illness – Spine and Foot Tuberculosis.

For the past year, Anjali’s life has completely changed. What started as pain and weakness gradually turned into something much more serious. Tuberculosis has badly affected her spine and foot, making even the simplest daily tasks

extremely difficult for her. She has been undergoing continuous treatment, and despite the challenges, she has never given up hope of getting better.

As a family, we have stood by her side in every way possible. Over the last year, we have already spent everything we had on her medical expenses – our savings, borrowings, and whatever little we could manage. Unfortunately, the treatment is long and requires advanced medical care and regular medicines.

Doctors have advised us to continue her treatment without interruption, otherwise, her condition could worsen.

The estimated cost for completing her treatment is Rs. 6,00,000, and right now, we are unable to arrange this amount on our own. It is beyond our means, but not beyond hope. That is why I am reaching out to kind-hearted people like you for help.

Your support, no matter how big or small, can make a huge difference in Anjali’s life. Every contribution will go directly towards her treatment – hospital bills, medicines, and therapy – to give her a fair chance at recovery.

मेरा नाम सर्वेश पांडेय है और आज मैं आपसे एक विनम्र निवेदन कर रहा हूँ कि कृपया मेरी बहन अंजली पांडेय की मदद करें, जो पिछले एक साल से रीढ़ और पैर की टीबी (Tuberculosis) जैसी गंभीर और दर्दनाक बीमारी से जूझ रही है।

पिछले एक साल में अंजली की ज़िंदगी पूरी तरह बदल गई है। जो शुरुआत में केवल दर्द और कमजोरी के रूप में दिखा, वह धीरे-धीरे गंभीर बीमारी में बदल गया। इस बीमारी ने उसकी रीढ़ और पैर को बुरी तरह प्रभावित किया है, जिससे उसके लिए साधारण काम भी करना बेहद कठिन हो गया है। फिर भी, लगातार इलाज और कठिनाइयों के बावजूद उसने कभी उम्मीद नहीं छोड़ी।

हमारे परिवार ने अब तक अपनी पूरी बचत, उधार और जो भी संभव था, सब खर्च कर दिया है। लेकिन यह इलाज लंबा और महंगा है, जिसमें उन्नत चिकित्सा देखभाल और नियमित दवाइयों की ज़रूरत है। डॉक्टरों ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि इलाज को बीच में रोकना खतरनाक हो सकता है और उसकी हालत और बिगड़ सकती है।

इलाज पूरा करने के लिए लगभग 6,00,000 रुपये की ज़रूरत है। यह राशि हमारे सामर्थ्य से बाहर है, लेकिन उम्मीद से नहीं। इसी वजह से मैं आप जैसे दयालु और सहृदय लोगों से मदद की गुहार लगा रहा हूँ।

आपका सहयोग, चाहे छोटा हो या बड़ा, अंजली की ज़िंदगी में बहुत बड़ा फर्क ला सकता है। हर एक योगदान सीधे उसके इलाज – अस्पताल का खर्च, दवाइयाँ और थेरेपी – में इस्तेमाल होगा, ताकि उसे ठीक होने का पूरा मौका मिल सके।
