“I never imagined that one day, my life would depend on waiting for a donor, for hope and prayers.”
Anisur is a 35-year-old businessman whose life took a devastating turn when he was diagnosed with liver failure in November 2025. Until then, he was the sole earning member of his family, working tirelessly to provide a stable life for his parents, his wife, and their 3-year-old daughter.
Today, Anisur is surviving on continuous medication and regular medical monitoring. His condition remains serious. Anisur’s symptoms are worsening day by day, including vomiting blood. His family is terrified, unsure of what the next day may bring.
“The hardest part is not the pain,” his wife says quietly, “it’s watching him grow weaker while we can do nothing but wait.”
Doctors have informed the family that an urgent liver transplant is the only life-saving option left. However, the challenges are overwhelming. No suitable donor has been found yet for a transplant.
With Anisur unable to work, there is no earning member at present. The family has already spent many lakhs on treatment, exhausting their savings and relying on help from relatives just to manage daily expenses.

Despite everything, Anisur holds on to a simple dream: to recover and live a normal, healthy life with his family to watch his daughter grow up, to return to work, and to regain the dignity of independence.
“I just want to see my daughter grow up. That alone gives me the strength to keep fighting.” - Anisur
