I am Manish Dubey, and I am reaching out with folded hands to seek urgent support for my beloved sister, Anamika Kumari, who is bravely battling Stage 4 cancer.
A few months ago, during her pregnancy, she started experiencing severe pain in her left shoulder and body. At first, we believed it was just a normal pregnancy-related issue. Even after the birth of her baby girl on 26th November, the pain continued to worsen day by day.
She kept taking medicines and small treatments, hoping her condition would improve, but nothing helped.
Later, during further checkups in Ranchi, doctors advised an MRI scan. The reports appeared very serious, and she was immediately referred to Apollo Hospital for advanced treatment and testing. After PET CT scans and multiple investigations, our family received the most heartbreaking news — the cancer had already spread throughout her body and reached Stage 4.
Today, my sister is fighting for her life while also being the mother of a 5-month-old baby girl who desperately needs her mother’s love, care, and presence.
Watching her go through unbearable pain, hospital visits, medicines, and continuous treatment while holding onto hope for her little daughter is emotionally devastating for our family.
We have already spent a huge amount on tests, medicines, hospital expenses, and treatment, exhausting our savings and available resources. But the medical expenses continue to rise every day, and we are no longer able to manage this battle alone.
At this critical stage, timely treatment is extremely important for her survival and recovery.
