We are deeply saddened to announce that Firmino is no longer with us. He fought the battle with SMA valiantly. The family rushed him to the hospital as he complained about a severe breathing problem. Apart from this, he was unable to excrete and the doctors tried their best to remove the waste through a suction procedure. Unfortunately, the food particles were stuck in his lungs causing him to succumb to dysphagia.

We send our deepest condolences to Firmino's family. We hope they gain enough strength, courage, and patience to cope with this agonizing loss. As much as we thank you all for your selfless service in helping Firmino during his final days, we urge you to reserve a place for his departed soul in your hearts and prayers wishing for nothing but eternal peace for him. May his soul rest in peace.
