The same sister who once held my hand through every fear is now lying in the ICU, fighting for her life. As I watch her in that hospital bed, my heart breaks but I want to help her. I want her to fight this and live cancer-free.
Evita deserves to live a life where her dreams come true. But, that can only be possible if she can survive this aggressive cancer.
All I want is to see my sister back on her feet again, back to a life she once loved and had hope to follow her dreams. The chemotherapy and further treatment costs our family a huge sum and we have already exhausted insurance too.
