My name is Ragho Parab, and I am raising funds for my 14-year-old daughter, Devatmika Parab, who is currently battling a serious brain condition and is undergoing critical treatment at Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital.
A few days ago, Devatmika started suffering from severe headaches, and her condition suddenly worsened. After medical evaluation and emergency admission, doctors diagnosed her with a high-grade glioma, an aggressive type of brain tumour.
She has been admitted to the ICU for the past 15 days and is under constant medical supervision. Doctors have advised an urgent decompressive craniotomy, a critical brain surgery required to reduce pressure on the brain and continue her treatment.
Watching my young daughter fight such a painful and life-threatening condition has been emotionally devastating for our family. At an age where she should be focused on school, dreams, and childhood, she is now fighting for her life in the ICU.
The estimated cost of surgery, ICU care, hospitalisation, medications, investigations, and ongoing treatment is around ₹15 lakh, which is far beyond what we can afford on our own. Despite all our efforts, we are struggling financially and are unable to continue her treatment without support.
At this critical stage, delaying treatment is not an option. Every day of ICU care and treatment is extremely important for her survival and recovery.
As her father, it is heartbreaking to feel helpless while watching my daughter suffer. I humbly request that you please support us during this extremely difficult time.
Every contribution, no matter how small, can help us continue her treatment and give her hope for recovery. Your kindness and generosity can truly make a life-saving difference.
If you are unable to donate, please share this fundraiser with your family, friends, and social network so it reaches more people who may be able to help.
Your prayers, support, and kindness mean everything to us, and we will always remain deeply grateful for your generosity.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
The goal amount of the campaign may be higher than the attached estimates to address and aid the post-hospitalization expenses/contingencies including but not limited to prolonged medication, diagnostics, rehabilitation therapies, and follow-up doctor visits/consultations which vary from disease to disease.
