My name is Sanobar Aslam, and I am the mother of a tiny baby girl who is just one month old. For my husband and me, her birth was supposed to be the happiest moment of our lives. After 10 long years of marriage and countless prayers, we finally had the chance to become parents through IVF treatment. We waited for this child with so much hope and love.

But our happiness soon turned into fear and uncertainty.
During my pregnancy, I started facing serious complications. I had internal bleeding and high blood pressure, and the doctors said my condition was becoming dangerous for both me and my baby. Because of this, they had to perform an emergency C-section when I was only 25 weeks and 3 days pregnant.
My baby girl was born extremely premature, weighing only 600 grams. She was so tiny and fragile that the doctors immediately shifted her to the NICU and placed her on ventilator support to help her breathe. Seeing my newborn baby surrounded by machines and tubes instead of holding her in my arms has been the most painful experience of my life

Today she is one month old and still fighting bravely in the NICU. Her current weight is 1200 grams, but she remains very delicate and needs constant medical care. The doctors have told us that she will need to stay in the hospital for at least 45 days so they can continue monitoring and supporting her development.
My husband works in a footwear shop. I am a housewife. Managing the daily expenses of our household itself is difficult, and the cost of our baby’s treatment is far beyond what we can afford.

Our journey to become parents has already been filled with heartbreak. During the pregnancy, we lost one baby in the womb. This little girl is our only hope, our miracle after years of waiting.
As a mother, all I want is to see my daughter grow stronger and finally bring her home safely. I humbly request everyone reading this to please support us during this difficult time. Your help can give our tiny baby the chance to survive and live the life we have prayed for.

Generally, most campaigners are reminded to leave updates on their fundraiser regarding the progress of their cause, whether it’s a nonprofit project or the health of a patient. You will get an email every time an update is posted. Alternately, you can use the "Contact campaigner" option on the fundraiser page to directly get in touch with the campaigner and understand how your donation benefited them.
Once the requirement of this patient will be met, any remaining funds will ultimately go towards helping other needy patients in line with Impact Guru's mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
For all medical fundraisers, the funds will be directly transferred to the hospital’s account. Only in a few cases, based on Impact Guru’s discretion, the funds might be transferred to the campaigner or the patient’s account for postoperative or at home expenses.
In cases, where the funding requirement of the patient changes due to factors such as death, change of treatment plan on advice of hospital, delay in treatment, medical complications, Impact Guru utilizes the funds to help similar patients with the mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
