My name is Dinesh Arya, and I am reaching out to seek help for my young daughter, who is bravely fighting a rare and serious medical condition called Activated Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase Delta Syndrome (APDS). This is a rare inherited immune disorder that weakens her body’s ability to fight infections, making even small illnesses dangerous for her.
For the past two and a half years, our family has been living through constant hospital visits, medical tests, and emotional stress. Watching my daughter struggle with her health every day has been heartbreaking. Despite all challenges, she continues to smile and fight with courage, giving us hope and strength.
Doctors have now advised an urgent bone marrow transplant, which is the only long-term treatment that can give her a chance at a healthy and normal life. Without this procedure, her condition may continue to worsen. The total cost of the transplant and related treatment is approximately ₹25,00,000 — an amount far beyond what our family can manage alone.
So far, we have already spent more than ₹1,00,000 on her treatment, using all our savings and resources. We are doing everything possible as parents, but we now need the kindness and support of generous people to help us save our child.

डॉक्टरों ने अब तुरंत बोन मैरो ट्रांसप्लांट कराने की सलाह दी है, जो उसे एक स्वस्थ और सामान्य जीवन देने का एकमात्र स्थायी उपचार है। इस इलाज के बिना उसकी स्थिति और गंभीर हो सकती है। इस ट्रांसप्लांट और पूरे उपचार का कुल खर्च लगभग ₹25,00,000 है, जो हमारी आर्थिक क्षमता से बहुत अधिक है।
