One fateful day, Akash left home with a smile, seeking his parents' blessings like always, unaware that tragedy awaited him.
A drunk biker recklessly crashed into him from behind, throwing him off his bike and leaving him unconscious on the road. That moment changed everything.
Since then, Akash has been in the ICU, battling for his life. The house that once echoed with his laughter now feels empty.
His mother’s cries fill the silence, her heart shattered by the sight of her son lying unconscious. But we remain strong, holding onto hope, believing that our Akash will return to us.
The Battle Akash is Fighting
The accident left Akash with multiple severe brain injuries, requiring urgent and extensive medical care. He is currently on ventilator support in Jupiter Hospital, Pune, and his treatment involves:
- Advanced brain scans to monitor internal damage
- Life-saving medications to stabilize his condition
- Constant ICU care
- Rehabilitation therapy (once stable) to help him recover movement and speech
His road to recovery will be long, but Akash is strong and we believe in him.
A Family in Crisis
Akash was our only earning member, supporting me, his mother, and his married sister. I work in a retail shop, earning a modest thousand per month, while my wife is a homemaker.
