Every day I wake up afraid of what this illness might take away from my little girl. She is just 2 years old, too young to understand why her body feels weak, too innocent to tell me where it hurts. Four months ago, our lives changed forever when doctors told us she has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a blood cancer that needs urgent and continuous treatment.

It started with a fever and low blood counts. At first, we thought it was something common. But soon, hospitals, tests, and fear became a part of our daily life. Since then, my daughter has already needed three blood transfusions just to stay stable. Watching such a small child go through needles, drips, and hospital rooms breaks me in ways I cannot describe. She has not undergone any surgery, but the real fight is still ahead, chemotherapy.

Before we brought her for treatment, Aayrakhan was joyful and playful. She would laugh easily, eat well, and try to run around the house with her tiny steps. Now, I see her strength fading. Her weight has dropped, she looks thinner, and she no longer plays like she used to. As a mother, I feel her pain even when she cannot express it in words.

Currently, we are at home, preparing for the next phase of treatment. The doctors have clearly told us that chemotherapy is necessary to save her life. Without it, her condition can worsen at any moment. The cost of treatment is overwhelming for us. My husband works in a small cutlery shop. I am a housewife, and Aayrakhan is our first child after five years of our arranged marriage. We also suffered a miscarriage in 2022, which makes the fear of losing our daughter even more unbearable.

I am writing this as a desperate mother asking for help. Your support can help us afford Aayrakhan’s chemotherapy and give her a chance to grow, play, and live a normal childhood. Please help us save our daughter’s life. Every small help gives my daughter hope.

This campaign for a single patient can be converted into a multi-patient campaign, subject to the performance of this campaign. Once the funding requirement of a specific patient is met, multiple other beneficiaries can be helped through Impact Guru.

You need not wait for donor or have the organ ready. We actually suggest you start a fundraiser as soon as you can so that you are ready with the acquired funds and can get the surgery done immediately when you do receive an organ.

How can I track the impact of my donation?

Generally, most campaigners are reminded to leave updates on their fundraiser regarding the progress of their cause, whether it’s a nonprofit project or the health of a patient. You will get an email every time an update is posted. Alternately, you can use the "Contact campaigner" option on the fundraiser page to directly get in touch with the campaigner and understand how your donation benefited them.

Once the requirement of this patient will be met, any remaining funds will ultimately go towards helping other needy patients in line with Impact Guru's mission of helping save as many lives as possible.

For all medical fundraisers, the funds will be directly transferred to the hospital’s account. Only in a few cases, based on Impact Guru’s discretion, the funds might be transferred to the campaigner or the patient’s account for postoperative or at home expenses.

In cases, where the funding requirement of the patient changes due to factors such as death, change of treatment plan on advice of hospital, delay in treatment, medical complications, Impact Guru utilizes the funds to help similar patients with the mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
