My name is Vikas Kapoor, and today I am reaching out with a broken heart and folded hands to seek help for the two most precious people in my life—my beloved wife, Shahin Vikas Kapoor, and my young son, Raheel Kapoor.

My Wife’s Courageous Battle

My wife Shahin, just 31 years old, is the heartbeat of our family and a loving mother to our children. On 9th September 2025, she was diagnosed with breast cancer at MPCT Hospital, Navi Mumbai. Despite the shock, she bravely started treatment and fought the disease with incredible strength.

However, on 17th October 2025, our world collapsed when doctors told us from the ICU that her condition had become extremely critical. With no other option left, we brought her home on continuous oxygen support. Today, Shahin is bed-bound, struggling with pain, yet her courage and love for our children keep her fighting every single day.

A Mother’s Pain, A Child’s Illness

While Shahin is battling cancer, our little son Raheel Kapoor is also fighting his own health crisis. He has been diagnosed with severe anemia, which requires constant medical care, tests, medicines, and monitoring. Watching both my wife and my child suffer at the same time is a pain no father should ever experience.

Financial Burden Beyond Our Means

To continue Shahin’s hormonal therapy, medicines, oxygen support, and Raheel’s treatment, we urgently need ₹20,00,000. We have already exhausted our savings, sold valuables, and borrowed from friends and relatives, but it is still not enough. Now we are struggling even to manage basic daily expenses like rent, food, and medicines.

She has been hospitalized and is currently undergoing radiation therapy. She was admitted for spine surgery, but due to being underweight, her spine is unstable.

A Father’s Humble Plea

Shahin dreams of watching our children grow, and Raheel deserves a healthy childhood. I cannot lose them both because of financial limitations.

लेकिन, 17 अक्टूबर 2025 को, हमारी दुनिया तब टूट गई जब डॉक्टरों ने हमें ICU से बताया कि उनकी हालत बहुत ज़्यादा क्रिटिकल हो गई है। कोई और रास्ता न होने पर, हम उन्हें लगातार ऑक्सीजन सपोर्ट पर घर ले आए। आज, शाहीन बिस्तर पर हैं, दर्द से जूझ रही हैं, फिर भी उनकी हिम्मत और हमारे बच्चों के लिए प्यार उन्हें हर दिन लड़ने के लिए प्रेरित करता है।

एक माँ का दर्द, एक बच्चे की बीमारी

जब शाहीन कैंसर से लड़ रही है, तो हमारा छोटा बेटा राहील कपूर भी अपनी हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम से लड़ रहा है। उसे गंभीर एनीमिया का पता चला है, जिसके लिए लगातार मेडिकल केयर, टेस्ट, दवाइयों और मॉनिटरिंग की ज़रूरत होती है। अपनी पत्नी और अपने बच्चे, दोनों को एक ही समय में तकलीफ़ में देखना एक ऐसा दर्द है जो किसी भी पिता को कभी नहीं झेलना चाहिए।

हमारी हैसियत से ज़्यादा पैसे का बोझ

शाहीन की हार्मोनल थेरेपी, दवाइयों, ऑक्सीजन सपोर्ट और राहील के इलाज को जारी रखने के लिए, हमें तुरंत ₹20,00,000 की ज़रूरत है। हमने अपनी सेविंग्स पहले ही खत्म कर दी हैं, कीमती सामान बेच दिया है, और दोस्तों और रिश्तेदारों से उधार लिया है, लेकिन यह अभी भी काफ़ी नहीं है। अब हम किराया, खाना और दवाइयों जैसे रोज़ के बेसिक खर्चों को मैनेज करने के लिए भी संघर्ष कर रहे हैं।

शाहीन हमारे बच्चों को बड़ा होते देखने का सपना देखता है, और राहील एक हेल्दी बचपन का हकदार है। मैं पैसे की कमी के कारण उन दोनों को नहीं खो सकता।
