Help Me Fight Chronic Kidney Disease – Urgent Need for Transplant

My name is Sanjay Mandal, and I am raising funds for my own treatment as I am suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease and urgently require a kidney transplant.

My health condition has been gradually deteriorating over time, and I am now at a stage where a transplant is the only option left to survive and regain a normal life. I am currently under medical supervision from ILBS, Delhi, and continuing treatment from home with regular dialysis and medications.

किडनी फेल होने के साथ जीवन बहुत कठिन हो गया है। शरीर हमेशा कमजोर रहता है और सामान्य दैनिक कार्य करना भी मुश्किल हो गया है। इसके बावजूद मैं खुद को मजबूत रखने और इलाज जारी रखने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहा हूँ।

मेरे किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट और उसके बाद के इलाज का कुल अनुमानित खर्च लगभग ₹25,00,000 है, जो मेरे लिए अकेले वहन करना संभव नहीं है। मेरे पास पर्याप्त बचत या आर्थिक सहायता नहीं है।

हर दिन बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। समय पर ट्रांसप्लांट ही मेरी जीवन की एकमात्र आशा है। इलाज में देरी मेरी स्थिति को और गंभीर बना सकती है।
