On 5th November, Priyanka gave birth to a beautiful baby boy at Viva City Hospital. It was supposed to be one of the happiest days of her life. But within 24 hours, everything changed.

On 6th November, Priyanka suddenly collapsed. Doctors discovered a severe brain bleed — Left Parieto-Occipital ICH. She was immediately shifted to the Neuroscience department, where an emergency brain surgery was performed that same day.

Since then, Priyanka has been lying unconscious in the ICU, on ventilator support. Her condition remains extremely critical.

Her husband, holding back tears, said:

“I saw her smiling while holding our newborn… the next day, she was fighting for her life. I still talk to her every day in the ICU, hoping she will open her eyes.”

Priyanka should have been recovering and bonding with her newborn right now. Instead, their baby boy—barely days old—is being cared for by her maternal grandmother because he cannot stay near the ICU.

Her 6-year-old son keeps asking the one question the family cannot answer:

“When will Mama come home? She promised she’ll play with me after the baby comes.”

The family is already overwhelmed—not just emotionally, but medically. Priyanka’s mother-in-law is also admitted in a railway hospital with a lung issue. Her husband is struggling to manage two hospital emergencies, a newborn, and a child at home.

Priyanka’s mother breaks down as she says:
“My daughter went to the hospital to give life… I never imagined she would be the one fighting to survive. I just want her to wake up and call me ‘Maa’ once again.”
The doctors have advised continued ICU ventilator support and strict medical management, which is essential to keep her alive. But the treatment costs have crossed what the family can possibly manage.

This is a family in crisis—emotionally shattered and financially drained—trying to save a mother of two who is still fighting for her life.
Your support today can help Priyanka continue her critical treatment and give her a chance to return to her family, her newborn, and her children who are waiting for her.
Please help this mother survive. Your contribution can give Priyanka a second chance at life.
This campaign for a single patient can be converted into a multi-patient campaign, subject to the performance of this campaign. Once the funding requirement of a specific patient is met, multiple other beneficiaries can be helped through Impact Guru.
