At an age when most children are busy running around and discovering the world, 4-year-old Prathmesh is fighting for a chance to live a normal childhood.

Prathmesh Bharat Aparadh was only five months old when his parents first realized something was terribly wrong. Frequent health complications and seizures led to a series of medical consultations, eventually revealing a serious liver condition that would change their lives forever.
Since then, every day has been a struggle.
Because of his illness, Prathmesh's growth has been affected. To keep him stable, a feeding tube has been inserted into his stomach. He requires food every two hours, day and night. Missing a feeding schedule can leave him uncomfortable, weak, and distressed. While other children his age are learning, playing, and growing, Prathmesh's family spends every day worrying about his health and future.

Doctors have advised a liver transplant as his only chance at a healthier life. In a remarkable act of love, his mother has stepped forward to become his donor. The transplant offers hope, but it comes with a cost far beyond what the family can afford.
Prathmesh's father, Bharat, works in a factory that manufactures vehicle parts and earns approximately ₹15,000 per month. His mother is a homemaker who dedicates all her time to caring for him. The couple is also raising their 13-year-old daughter, who is currently studying in the 7th standard.

Over the years, the family has already spent nearly ₹3.5 lakh on medical expenses. They emptied their savings, borrowed money from friends and relatives, and took loans wherever possible. Despite all their efforts, they are now struggling to arrange the ₹16 lakh required for Prathmesh's liver transplant.
Today, Prathmesh is at home, waiting for the treatment that could save his life. His parents have done everything within their means, but they cannot fight this battle alone anymore.

A liver transplant can give Prathmesh the opportunity to grow, attend school, play with his sister, and experience the childhood every child deserves.
Your support can help make that possible. Every contribution brings Prathmesh one step closer to the life-saving transplant he urgently needs.

Generally, most campaigners are reminded to leave updates on their fundraiser regarding the progress of their cause, whether it’s a nonprofit project or the health of a patient. You will get an email every time an update is posted. Alternately, you can use the "Contact campaigner" option on the fundraiser page to directly get in touch with the campaigner and understand how your donation benefited them.
Once the requirement of this patient will be met, any remaining funds will ultimately go towards helping other needy patients in line with Impact Guru's mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
For all medical fundraisers, the funds will be directly transferred to the hospital’s account. Only in a few cases, based on Impact Guru’s discretion, the funds might be transferred to the campaigner or the patient’s account for postoperative or at home expenses.
In cases, where the funding requirement of the patient changes due to factors such as death, change of treatment plan on advice of hospital, delay in treatment, medical complications, Impact Guru utilizes the funds to help similar patients with the mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
90%+ of Impact Guru’s campaigns raise funds leveraging our do-it-yourself fundraising platform.
The Accelerate initiative of Impact Guru caters primarily towards those individuals who are unable to create or manage their own fundraiser due to lack of education, access to smartphones, or social networks for fundraising support.
