You will get an email every time an update is posted. Alternately, you can use the "Contact campaigner" option on the fundraiser page to directly get in touch with the campaigner and understand how your donation benefited them.

We communicate with the patient / campaigner / hospital(s) and/or medical institutions and may verify & collect all documents related to the patient, including but not limited to itemized bills, medical certificate / estimate, admission report, discharge summary, medical records, and expense documents.

We reserve the right to conduct physical visits and/or photo/ video verification as deemed necessary. Such verification measures may apply not only to patients but also to vendors, medical institutions, and other relevant parties, as applicable.
