My name is Mohammed Kayyum Shaikh, and I am raising funds for my urgent medical treatment. I have been diagnosed with Hydrocephalus, a serious condition that causes fluid buildup in the brain. Due to this illness, I suffer from severe headaches every day and often struggle to stand or walk properly because of unbearable pain.

I am the sole earning member of my family and have two young children who completely depend on me. My wife works as a house help, and I sell vegetables to support our household. However, because of my worsening health condition, it has become extremely difficult for me to continue working and provide for my family.

Doctors have advised me to undergo surgery at the earliest to avoid further complications. We approached government hospitals for help, but unfortunately, my case has not been accepted for the required surgery. We have already used all our savings and borrowed money from relatives and friends for tests, medicines, and hospital expenses. Still, we urgently need Rs. 4,00,000 more to continue my treatment and undergo the operation.

डॉक्टरों ने मुझे जल्द से जल्द सर्जरी कराने की सलाह दी है ताकि आगे कोई गंभीर समस्या न हो। हमने सरकारी अस्पतालों में भी इलाज कराने की कोशिश की, लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से मेरा केस सर्जरी के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किया गया। अब तक हम अपनी सारी बचत खर्च कर चुके हैं और रिश्तेदारों व दोस्तों से उधार भी ले चुके हैं। फिर भी इलाज और ऑपरेशन के लिए हमें अभी 4,00,000 रुपये की और जरूरत है।
