Urgent Appeal To Save My Father Vipin’s Life – Heart Transplant Needed

My name is Nandini, and I am raising funds for my father, Mr. Vipin (56 years old), who is suffering from Ischemic Cardiomyopathy with Severe Left Ventricular Dysfunction and is currently under home observation while awaiting a Heart Transplant. He has been courageously battling heart disease for over two decades, and after exhausting all available treatment options, doctors have confirmed that a heart transplant is now his only chance of survival. My father's cardiac journey began in 2002, when he first started experiencing serious heart-related issues. Following a major cardiac event, he came under regular treatment and medication from 2015 onwards. Despite his determination to follow medical advice and continue treatment, his condition gradually became more complex over the years.

During treatment in Dehradun, doctors identified severe heart rhythm abnormalities, with his heart rate reportedly rising beyond 220 beats per minute. Due to the seriousness of the condition, doctors advised advanced device therapy. In 2016, a two-chamber cardiac device was implanted at Max Hospital, but as complications continued, a three-chamber cardiac device (CRT-D) was implanted approximately six months later at AIIMS Delhi to help improve his heart's functioning and control life-threatening rhythm disturbances.

Despite these interventions, my father's condition continued to progress. In 2025, doctors advised another device replacement due to worsening symptoms and declining heart function. Since December 2025, he has undergone multiple evaluations, advanced cardiac investigations, and specialized procedures, including 3D cardiac mapping at BLK-Max Hospital, Delhi, in an effort to identify further treatment options and stabilize his condition.
