HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Human Resource Associate / Manager who is passionate about attracting the best talent to Impact Guru and making it a great workplace. The role is based out of our office in Mumbai.

  • Recruitment - Attracting talent through employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, campus presentations, and headhunting to optimize recruitment cost
  • Performance Appraisal - Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management
  • Induction & Orientation - Plan, organize, and conduct induction programs, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners
  • Employee Relations - Handling Employees queries and resolving their issues by meeting in-person, maintaining a constant dialogue, leading to employee’s satisfaction, handling grievances
  • Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration - Maintain the employee attendance in Time Management System & generate the attendance through online system for the salary process
  • Employee Engagement - Organizing various events to motivate the employees
  • Exit Process - Conduct, document, and analyze exit interviews
  • 1+ years successful experience in recruitment and passion for the same (preferably at a startup),
  • A degree or specialization in human resource management,
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi,
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills,
  • Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams,
  • Proven successful recruitment experience,
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews such as structured, competency based etc.,
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes such as telephonic interviews, F2F interviews, reference checks etc.,
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong decision making skills.
