Help Save Our Father: An Urgent Appeal for a Life-Saving Liver Transplant

My name is Vaishnavi Srivastava, and along with my sister, Vasundhara Srivastava, I am reaching out with a heavy heart to seek your support for our beloved father, Manish Srivastava.

Just a few days ago, our lives changed completely. What initially seemed like a case of jaundice quickly turned into a devastating medical emergency. After further tests, doctors diagnosed our father with acute Hepatitis B along with advanced liver cirrhosis. His condition deteriorated rapidly, and he is now fighting for his life in the ICU on a ventilator.

Our father has been admitted to Apollo Medics Super Speciality Hospitals, Lucknow, where a team of doctors is doing everything possible to save him. They have informed us that he urgently needs a liver transplant, as it is his only chance of survival.

Over the past few days, we have already spent more than ₹20 lakh on his treatment. We exhausted all our savings, borrowed from relatives, and arranged every possible resource to continue his care. Despite all our efforts, we now need an additional ₹30 lakh to cover the cost of the liver transplant, hospitalization, medicines, and post-operative care.

Our father is the pillar of our family. He has always worked hard to give us a secure and happy life, putting our dreams before his own. Today, when he needs us the most, we are doing everything in our power to give him a fighting chance. Unfortunately, the financial burden is beyond what our family can bear alone.

वर्तमान में उनका इलाज अपोलो मेडिक्स सुपर स्पेशलिटी हॉस्पिटल, लखनऊ में चल रहा है। डॉक्टरों ने हमें बताया है कि उनकी जान बचाने का एकमात्र उपाय तुरंत लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट है। समय हमारे हाथ से निकलता जा रहा है, और हर पल उनके लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है।

पिछले कुछ दिनों में ही हम उनके इलाज पर ₹20 लाख से अधिक खर्च कर चुके हैं। हमने अपनी सारी जमा-पूंजी लगा दी, रिश्तेदारों और दोस्तों से उधार लिया और हर संभव प्रयास किया ताकि उनका इलाज रुकने न पाए। लेकिन अब लिवर ट्रांसप्लांट, अस्पताल में भर्ती, दवाइयों और ऑपरेशन के बाद की देखभाल के लिए हमें अतिरिक्त ₹30 लाख की आवश्यकता है।

हमारे पिता हमारे परिवार की सबसे बड़ी ताकत हैं। उन्होंने हमेशा दिन-रात मेहनत करके हमें एक सुरक्षित और बेहतर जीवन दिया। उन्होंने अपनी खुशियों से पहले हमेशा हमारे सपनों को महत्व दिया। आज जब उन्हें हमारी सबसे ज़्यादा ज़रूरत है, हम उन्हें बचाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं। लेकिन इलाज का यह भारी खर्च हमारी सामर्थ्य से कहीं अधिक है।
