Red Paws Rescue, in partnership with Goofy Tails, has always believed that every wagging tail and every wet nose deserves a chance at life, safety, and love. Over the last decade, Red Paws has rescued more than 7,000 street animals across Delhi-NCR, cared for them with medical treatment, vaccinations, sterilization, and even found loving homes for many. Their rescue center has sheltered 3,500+ animals, and through community kindness, they’ve served 50,000 meals to hungry strays.

But today, the challenge is bigger than ever.

After the recent Supreme Court order to relocate all stray dogs in Delhi-NCR to shelters, thousands of dogs—who only knew the streets as their home—are suddenly being displaced. For many, their safe corner near a shop, a kind feeder’s doorstep, or a shaded tree is gone. Now, they face fear, hunger, and uncertainty.
