Poonam Sinsinwar Founder/Secretary of Stri Shakti Pahal Samiti. In the year 1999, she started her social life in the beginning of the Nav-Srishti NGO of Nab Sarai Village,New Delhi. she campaigned for linking self-help groups and working children tothe backward caste women of Neb Sarai village by stitching centre for women and children education mainstreaming campaign their wedding in 2003 of Faridabad I did not even like the interest of their social work in Mujeshar village and Poonam Sinsinwar started a campaign to educate children born in a slum area in Sector 24, Azad Nagar, and started the Sewing, Embroidery and Beauty Parlor Training Center for making women self reliant. The campaign in 2005 by the CII and the Bharti Foundation was honored by the Women's Exemplar Award In Faridabad, women like them and women were asked to start a life of dignity in the society. Poonam spent Rs. 1 lakh awards in social work. In 2015 Bhartiya Mahila Gorav Award the award was given by the International Punjabi society on International Women's Day to Poonam Sinsinwar. 4,000 children from weaker sections of society have been led to education 3,000 women have been with self-employed by vocational sewing, beauty treatment, mehndi, rangoli, handicraft.Now the sewing center of the organization is located in Sihi-8 village ofSector 8 (Faridabad) Pali Khudana (Disst. Mahendragarh) Sanjay Colony, Sector23 (Faridabad) Azad Nagar Sector 24 ( Faridabad) and the work of connecting 200 children with education is being done in the center and there is a campaign toconnect 240 women with self employment and women are taught embroidery, Beauty treatment ,etc.
