She’s 34… but still lives like a 4-year-old!
Kavita has never walked a single step in her life. Since birth, her legs have been completely disabled. And due to a developmental delay in her brain during early childhood, she still thinks and behaves like a small child.
She cannot speak, cannot move on her own, and does not understand the world around her. Her life has always been limited to the four walls of her home.
Her elderly parents, despite their age and poverty, have spent their entire lives taking care of her. Every day, they hope to hear her say “Maa” or “Papa”… just once. But that moment has never come.
Today, Kavita is 34 years old. Her condition remains the same. She cannot play, speak, or walk like others her age. Her parents once tried to get her treated, but the cost of the surgeries was too high. With no money left, they had to stop everything.
Now, as per the doctors at the Medista Hospital, Kavita needs multiple surgeries to correct her leg deformities and release her joint contractures. Her treatment also includes therapy, strong medications, and ICU care.
Her parents, both daily wage labourers, are struggling to meet even the basic needs of the family. They are running out of time and options.
Kavita deserves a chance to live with dignity. A chance to walk to her parents and hug them — something she has never been able to do.
Will you help Kavita get the treatment she needs?
Your support can give her a life she has never known. Please donate and help her heal!

Dear Donors,
Kavita is currently at home and continuing her treatment with medication. During a recent hospital visit, a supportive band aid was applied to help manage her condition. She now requires surgery and needs to maintain a proper diet to ensure her health is stable before the procedure.
Your kind donations and heartfelt prayers can truly make a difference in helping Kavita get the care and surgery she urgently needs.

You need not wait for donor or have the organ ready. We actually suggest you start a fundraiser as soon as you can so that you are ready with the acquired funds and can get the surgery done immediately when you do receive an organ.
Generally, most campaigners are reminded to leave updates on their fundraiser regarding the progress of their cause, whether it’s a nonprofit project or the health of a patient. You will get an email every time an update is posted. Alternately, you can use the "Contact campaigner" option on the fundraiser page to directly get in touch with the campaigner and understand how your donation benefited them.
Once the requirement of this patient will be met, any remaining funds will ultimately go towards helping other needy patients in line with Impact Guru's mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
For all medical fundraisers, the funds will be directly transferred to the hospital’s account. Only in a few cases, based on Impact Guru’s discretion, the funds might be transferred to the campaigner or the patient’s account for postoperative or at home expenses.
In cases, where the funding requirement of the patient changes due to factors such as death, change of treatment plan on advice of hospital, delay in treatment, medical complications, Impact Guru utilizes the funds to help similar patients with the mission of helping save as many lives as possible.
90%+ of Impact Guru’s campaigns raise funds leveraging our do-it-yourself fundraising platform.
The Accelerate initiative of Impact Guru caters primarily towards those individuals who are unable to create or manage their own fundraiser due to lack of education, access to smartphones, or social networks for fundraising support. Impact Guru provides fundraising support in such cases by maximizing outreach, leveraging all fundraising channels. In order to provide crucial life saving support to such patients, Impact Guru charges marketing cost paid to such third parties and its regular platform and payment gateway fees. Impact Guru's constant endeavour is to reduce such outreach costs to maximize social impact of every contribution.
