My name is Alice and I am raising funds for my sister, Kanika. She has been fighting retroperitoneal mass lesions encasing her Aorta since July 2020. Earlier we took her to St. Stephens Hospital, their doctors recommended FMRI. 

Doctors here suggested that she require surgery for removal of a retroperitoneal mass lesion. From July 2020 there was a frequent rise in BP, and she has bilateral DJ Stents due to a rise in Creatinine. She is suffering from excessive pain due to this. She was working in a Medical Records Department in a hospital, but due to this health issue, she is not able to do work from2020.

I am a Staff Nurse in a hospital and have a family with a husband and two kids. My husband works as an accountant. Till now we have spent a few lakhs on my sister’s treatment. Due to Covid, my salary has been reduced and the medical expenses of my sister have been increased.

My sister and I have a single mother. My sister is unmarried and after she left her job, we have to manage her medical expenses and treatment costs. Till now we have exhausted all our savings on the treatment. The doctor suggested a surgery which will cost approx. 15 Lakhs.

Being from a middle-class family, we are not able to arrange funds. We are not financially strong to bear the treatment expense. Managing house expenses along with the treatment expense is breaking like a mountain on us.
