🙏 An Urgent Update on K. Pavani’s Health – We Need Your Support More Than Ever 🙏

Dear friends, supporters, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m Sai Srinivas, and I’m reaching out again, not just as a son, but as someone desperately fighting to save his mother.

My mother, Mrs. K. Pavani, has been battling a critical and life-threatening condition for several months now. A few weeks ago, she was admitted to Apollo Hospitals, Secunderabad, due to severe respiratory distress and multiple organ complications. She fought bravely and came back from the edge once — thanks to your love, prayers, and generous support.

But today, I’m devastated to share that her condition has worsened again.

❗ Latest Medical Update (As of 29th July 2025):

Just as we were arranging for her discharge due to lack of funds, doctors informed us she now requires Intubation again. Her breathing has severely deteriorated. We’ve already shifted her to PURE Ortho Hospitals in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad, as we couldn’t afford to continue at Apollo.

From now, Amma will require:

• ICU stay with intubation/NIV mask support
• Weekly blood tests, culture reports, and VAC therapy
• 24x7 personal care from doctors, nurses, and specialists
• And once she stabilizes… Major surgeries that are essential to give her a chance at survival

We’ve exhausted everything: insurance, savings, loans, gold, and even previous donations — over ₹40 lakhs have already been spent. Despite every attempt, we are now left with nothing, and the funds raised on ImpactGuru are also fully utilized.

🙏 Why I'm Still Holding On

Because Amma is not just a patient. She’s a fighter.

A kind, selfless woman who spent her entire life helping others — despite having a painful, abusive marriage. She raised us single-handedly, running a tailoring shop and a small ladies emporium to educate and feed her children. She never took a break, never complained, and never gave up.

She doesn't deserve this suffering. She deserves a second chance at life.

ఇప్పుడు మేము డిశ్చార్జ్ చేయించేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తుండగా, డాక్టర్లు క్షణికంగా ఒక ఘోరమైన విషయం చెప్పారు — ఆమెను మళ్ళీ ఇంట్యూబేషన్ పై పెట్టాల్సి ఉందని. ఆమె శ్వాస నిలిపేసే స్థాయికి దిగజారిపోయింది.

ఎక్కువ ఖర్చును భరించలేక, ఆమెను ఇప్పటివరకు ఉన్న అపోలో హాస్పిటల్ నుండి PURE Ortho Hospital, సైనిక్‌పురి, హైదరాబాద్ కి మార్చాల్సి వచ్చింది.

ఇప్పటి నుండి అమ్మకు అవసరం:

• ఇంట్యూబేషన్/NIV మాస్క్ తో ఐసీయూ చికిత్స
• వారానికి ఒకసారి బ్లడ్ టెస్టులు, కల్చర్ రిపోర్టులు
• VAC థెరపీ, డాక్టర్లు, నర్సుల 24x7 ప్రత్యేక పర్యవేక్షణ
• స్థిరపడిన తర్వాత — రెండు ప్రధాన శస్త్రచికిత్సలు

మేము ఇప్పటికే రూ. 40 లక్షలకు పైగా ఖర్చు చేశాము — బీమా, పొదుపు, రుణాలు, బంగారం, క్రౌడ్‌ఫండింగ్ సహా ప్రతి రూపాయి వినియోగించాము. ImpactGuru నుండి వచ్చిన ఫండ్ కూడా పూర్తిగా వినియోగించబడింది.

ఎందుకంటే అమ్మ ఓ యోధురాలు.

ఆమె జీవితంలో ఎన్నో బాధలు ఎదుర్కొన్నా, ఎప్పుడూ వెనక్కి తగ్గలేదు. మద్యం మక్కువతో బాధించిన భర్త నుంచి భౌతిక హింసకు గురైనా, ఆమె తన పిల్లలను చదివించి, నడిపించింది. ఒక చిన్న టైలరింగ్ యూనిట్, లేడీస్ ఎమ్పోరియం షాప్ నడిపిస్తూ మమ్మల్ని పోషించింది.
