My name is Harmeet Kaur, and I am reaching out with a mother’s desperate plea to save my beloved son, Jagmeet Singh, who is fighting for his life due to a severe liver condition. Jagmeet is just a young, hardworking law student with dreams of building a better future, but life has taken a heartbreaking turn.
Jagmeet was recently diagnosed with severe liver disease, and after a long and painful struggle, he underwent a liver transplant at Max Super Specialty Hospital, Saket, New Delhi. The surgery was successful, and we were finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. But our hopes were short-lived.
After the transplant, Jagmeet began facing serious complications in his body. His condition has once again become critical, and he is currently in the ICU, requiring constant monitoring and extended hospitalization.
As a mother, it breaks me to see my son like this — weak, in pain, connected to machines, when all he should be doing is preparing for a bright future. It is unbearable to witness his suffering, knowing that I cannot do more to ease his pain.
We have already spent ₹70,00,000 on his transplant and post-operative care. Now, the doctors have told us that the next phase of his treatment will cost around ₹40,00,000 more. We have exhausted all our savings, taken loans, and reached out to everyone we could. But this amount is far beyond what we can manage alone.

हाल ही में, उसे गंभीर लिवर डिजीज का पता चला, और कई महीनों की तकलीफों और इलाज के बाद, उसका लीवर ट्रांसप्लांट मैक्स सुपर स्पेशियलिटी हॉस्पिटल, साकेत, नई दिल्ली में किया गया। सर्जरी सफल रही, और हमें थोड़ी राहत मिली। लेकिन ये राहत ज्यादा देर टिक नहीं पाई।
ऑपरेशन के बाद जगमीत को शरीर में कई गंभीर जटिलताएं होने लगीं। अब वह फिर से गंभीर स्थिति में है और आईसीयू में भर्ती है, जहाँ उसे लगातार निगरानी और लंबी अस्पताल देखभाल की आवश्यकता है।
एक माँ के तौर पर, अपने बेटे को इस हालत में देखना दिल तोड़ देने वाला है — कमजोर, दर्द में, मशीनों से जुड़ा हुआ। वो बच्चा जो आज अपने करियर की तैयारी में लगा होना चाहिए था, आज जिंदगी के लिए जूझ रहा है।
अब तक हम उसके इलाज और ट्रांसप्लांट पर ₹70,00,000 खर्च कर चुके हैं। डॉक्टरों ने बताया है कि आगे के इलाज के लिए हमें लगभग ₹40,00,000 और की आवश्यकता होगी। हमारी सारी जमा पूंजी खत्म हो चुकी है, कर्ज ले चुके हैं, लेकिन अब हमारे पास कोई साधन नहीं बचा है।
