My name is Mittal Dhirajlal Nagada, and today I am reaching out with a heartfelt request on behalf of my friend, Yogesh Kisan Shinde, who is courageously battling the devastating effects of a paralysis attack. Since the day his condition began, we have been doing everything possible to support his treatment and recovery. So far, we have managed to spend approximately ₹1,50,000, exhausting our personal savings and resources. Despite all our efforts, Yogesh’s condition requires continued and extensive medical attention to ensure proper recovery and to prevent his condition from worsening.

Yogesh is currently undergoing treatment at SVMM Sanjivani Hospital, Vartak Ward, Virar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 401303. The doctors are doing their best, but the road ahead is long and financially overwhelming. According to the medical team, Yogesh urgently needs further treatment, therapies, and ongoing care, which will cost an additional ₹7,00,000. Without this, his chances of regaining mobility and leading a dignified life become incredibly difficult.

As friends, family, and well-wishers, we are doing everything in our capacity, but the financial burden is far beyond what we can manage alone. This is why I am humbly seeking your support. उनकी स्थिति बिगड़ने के बाद से हम पूरी कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि उनका इलाज और देखभाल सही ढंग से हो सके। अब तक हमने लगभग ₹1,50,000 खर्च कर लिए हैं, जिसमें हमारी बचत और उपलब्ध संसाधन पूरी तरह समाप्त हो चुके हैं। इसके बावजूद, योगेश को पूरी तरह ठीक होने और बीमारी को आगे बढ़ने से रोकने के लिए लगातार और गहन मेडिकल इलाज की आवश्यकता है।

योगेश इस समय SVMM संजीवनी अस्पताल, वरताक वार्ड, विरार वेस्ट, मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र 401303 में इलाज करा रहे हैं। डॉक्टर उनकी भरसक मदद कर रहे हैं, लेकिन आगे का रास्ता लंबा और आर्थिक रूप से बेहद कठिन है। मेडिकल टीम के अनुसार योगेश को तुरंत और इलाज, थेरेपी और निरंतर देखभाल की ज़रूरत है, जिसकी लागत अतिरिक्त ₹7,00,000 आएगी। इस सहायता के बिना, उनके लिए दोबारा चलने-फिरने और सम्मानजनक जीवन जीने की संभावना बेहद कम हो जाती है।
