🚨URGENT PLEA: Please help us Save Rozy Deb, the only child of her parents, fighting for her life🚨
On March 28th, Rozy Deb, a brilliant MBA student, was supposed to sign the offer letter for her dream job. As an only child, she was finally about to lift the financial weight off her aging parents' shoulders.
Instead while she was standing on the footpath near at Ambicapatty Chowringhee, Silchar, Assam, Rozy was hit head-on by a four-wheeler driven by an allegedly drunk and reckless driver. In a split second, a bright future and the only child of her aged parents was brought to a devastating halt.
Today, Rozy is fighting for her life in the ICU at AIIMS Guwahati. She is paralyzed from the waist down due to a completely shattered spine (D11 & D12), alongside severe head trauma, and pelvic and collarbone fractures. The reality of Rozy's condition is a nightmare we cannot wake up from. She is battling unimaginable pain. Her injuries are horrific:
Spinal cord fracture with complete fracture of her D11 and D12
Complete paralysis of her lower body
Severe head trauma and injury
Pelvic injury
Collar bone fracture
Developed serious life-threatening infections
Doctors have told us that it will take an absolute miracle for Rozy to ever walk again. Rozy has developed serious life-threatening infections and urgently requires multiple high-risk surgeries to stay alive. Right now, her parents aren't even praying for a miracle for her to walk again, they are just begging for their only daughter to survive.
The agonizing reality is that we are completely out of funds. The estimated cost for her life-saving treatment is a staggering ₹60 to ₹70 Lakhs. Her heartbroken parents have exhausted every single resource and standing outside the ICU, terrified of losing their entire world simply because they cannot afford the medical bills.
We cannot let a lack of money be the reason Rozy stops breathing. Requesting to, stand with us.
