Pavankumar, the sole earning member of his family, has always worked hard to support his wife and father while managing a modest income from a medical store. But two years ago, his life took a devastating turn—he was diagnosed with decompensated chronic liver disease.

This condition has brought severe complications including ascites (fluid accumulation in the stomach), extreme fatigue, weight loss, and even internal bleeding. Doctors at AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad, advised an immediate and life-saving liver transplant.

“I want to fight, I will keep waiting for my health to get better.” - Pawankumar.

Pavankumar and his family, from a small town in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, have already exhausted their savings, borrowed from friends and relatives, and even taken a gold loan, spending over ₹5 lakh—but it is still far from enough.

Patient surgery was completed on 10th December. However, he has suffered post-surgery complications and is currently in critical condition on ventilation. He needs our prayers and support.

ಈ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ರವದ ಶೇಖರಣೆ, ತೀವ್ರ ಆಯಾಸ, ತೂಕ ನಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂತರಿಕ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತೀವ್ರ ತೊಡಕುಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದಿದೆ. ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್‌ನ ಎಐಜಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ವೈದ್ಯರು ತಕ್ಷಣದ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವ ಉಳಿಸುವ ಯಕೃತ್ತಿನ ಕಸಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಚಂದ್ರಾಪುರದ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪವನಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಉಳಿತಾಯವನ್ನು ಖಾಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರಿಂದ ಎರವಲು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ₹5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ - ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಸಾಕಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
