Hi,

I would like to wholeheartedly thank you all for the donations and help you bestowed on my mother. This has enabled us to continue to keep her on ECMO life support without which there was no chance of her making it.

However, due to the excessive lung damage due to the coronavirus, there is very little chance my mother's lung will be restored with antibiotics. Therefore, the doctors have now asked us to prepare for a complete lung transplant.

As you all might already know a lung transplant is a highly risky and complicated procedure with an extremely long and difficult road to recovery.

We will need a lot more of your support and prayers now as we move towards the date of the transplant. So I would like to humbly request all of you to donate and share the story link as much as possible as this is vital for my mother's well being.

As mom lies on ECMO support, where her heartbeat and breathing is being run by the machine, I can't help but thank you all for being there for us.

For it is only because of you I am financially in a place to continue her treatment. I want to give a special shout out to my maternal uncle and grandfather who have maintained the flow of funds to ensure mom's treatment is not interrupted. They have been a pillar of strength for me not only financially but also emotionally.
