My name is Krishnakanth Reddy, and I am raising funds for Baby Tejasree, my precious baby girl who was born extremely premature at just 25 weeks of pregnancy, weighing only 750 grams. She is currently receiving intensive treatment at Rainbow Children’s Hospital and BirthRight, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
Our daughter entered the world far too early, and her tiny body is still developing. Because of her extreme prematurity, she requires constant care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Since birth, she has undergone mechanical ventilation to help her breathe, received IV fluids and antibiotics to fight infections, surfactant therapy to support her immature lungs, phototherapy, feeding through a nasogastric tube, and specialised incubator care. She continues to depend on ventilator support and round-the-clock medical attention.
As parents, it is heartbreaking to see our newborn fighting such a difficult battle instead of resting safely in our arms. We are doing everything we can to give her the best chance of survival, but the cost of her treatment has become overwhelming. We urgently need ₹20,00,000 to continue her life-saving care.
