When Neema imagined becoming a mother again, she pictured a home filled with laughter, sleepless nights, and the joyful chaos that comes with welcoming a newborn. She imagined introducing her baby to his elder brother, Shiva, watching them grow up together, and creating memories as a family of four.
Instead, her family's first days with their newest member have been consumed by fear.

The newborn's arrival should have been a moment of celebration. But shortly after a premature birth, complications forced doctors at Symbiosis University hospital to place him under intensive medical care in the NICU. Since then, every day has become a painful wait for answers, recovery, and hope.
For Neema, the emotional toll has been overwhelming. While most mothers spend their baby's first days learning every little detail about them, she spends her time worrying about test results, treatment plans, and mounting hospital expenses. The little one has respiratory distress syndrome & other complications.
"I keep imagining the day we can finally bring him home," says Neema. "I dream about seeing both my children together. Right now, that dream feels very far away."]

The family's struggles extend beyond the hospital walls. The unexpected medical crisis has created a financial burden they were never prepared for. Every new procedure, every additional day of care, and every bill pushes them deeper into uncertainty. Neema’s husband, a labourer, has stopped going to work as his baby is in the hospital.
Amid this difficult time, 5-year-old Shiva has become a source of strength for the family.

Though he is too young to fully understand the seriousness of the situation, he knows that something is wrong. He waits patiently for updates, asks questions about his baby brother, and talks excitedly about the future he hopes they will share.
"When my brother comes home, I want to play with him every day," Shiva says. "I will teach him my games and show him all my toys."
His innocent words are a reminder of everything this family is fighting for.

What should have been a joyful beginning has become a battle against time, uncertainty, and financial hardship. Yet Neema and her family refuse to lose hope. They believe that with timely treatment and the support of kind-hearted people, their baby can recover and finally begin the life every child deserves.
Today, they need your help.
Your contribution can ease the burden of medical expenses and give this little fighter access to the care he urgently needs. More importantly, it can help a family move one step closer to the future they have been dreaming of, a future where two brothers can finally grow up side by side, surrounded by the love that has been waiting for them since day one.
