Ayaan was born as a bundle of joy: chubby cheeks, tiny fingers, and eyes full of innocence. But behind his smile, something unseen was silently stealing his childhood.
At just 5 months old, Ayaan’s parents noticed his tummy growing bigger and harder than normal. What they thought might be a simple stomach issue turned into a nightmare no parent is ever prepared for.

After several hospital visits and painful tests, the doctors diagnosed him with Gaucher Disease—a rare and life-threatening disorder that affects his liver, spleen, and bone marrow.
This disease doesn’t just slow down a child—it traps them in pain. Ayaan’s swollen stomach is only the beginning. As days pass, the disease continues to damage his tiny body from the inside.
As per the doctors at the Wadia Hospital, the only ray of hope left is a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT). One of his parents can donate, but the procedure is highly expensive and urgently needed.

Ayaan’s father works as a delivery boy, struggling each month just to cover the basics. His mother, a housewife, never leaves his side. After 4 years of marriage, Ayaan is their first and only child—the heartbeat of their small world.
They watch their baby suffer every day, unable to ease his pain. Yet, they continue to fight—because giving up is not an option. But love alone cannot save Ayaan. They need help—your help.

Your support can give Ayaan what every child deserves: a healthy, pain-free childhood. A chance to take his first steps without weakness, to play without worry, and to grow up loved and strong.
Please don’t let this story end in sorrow. Let’s come together to give Ayaan a future. Your kindness today could save his tomorrow!

Dear Donors,
Ayaan Gangishetty is currently undergoing treatment for pneumonia. At present, the medical team is focusing on his recovery from the infection. Once he recovers and his condition stabilizes, the doctors will plan the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) accordingly. Meanwhile, Ayaan is undergoing Enzyme Therapy on an OPD basis, along with regular OPD visits, medical tests, and continuous monitoring as advised by the doctors. This ongoing treatment and close supervision are extremely important for his health and future recovery. Urgent help and support are required to ensure that Ayaan’s treatment, enzyme therapy, monitoring, and upcoming BMT planning can continue smoothly without any interruption. Your support and prayers can make a vital difference in Ayaan’s journey toward recovery. Thank you for standing by him and his family during this critical time.
