Hi Friends,

I am a senior citizen without any means of livelihood and currently beingsheltered by a philanthropist in Kannur Dist., Kerala State.  He is apracticing medical doctor of a non-conventional system who has been treatingpatients from poor families for over 17 years in his half-constructed hospital.I have written my first novel titled, "Mistaken Allegiance" which Ihave uploaded to Amazon. I wrote a non-fiction last year and uploaded that alsoto Amazon.  They are displayed at Amazon under books category.  Thebooks have generated small revenues anyway the account of which is not worthwriting home about. Meanwhile, I wish to acquaint the prospective donors brieflywith my family background and the circumstances that have prompted me to seekdonors’ help.

I am married having a daughter and wife. Both my wife and daughter areliving in Kolkata, where my daughter was born. I was born in Trichi District(Tamil Nadu) and had my schooling and education in Delhi and Punjab. I spent amajor part of my life in North India. When I went to UAE from Delhi in 1984, Iwas already married and my wife and daughter went to Kolkata to live with mywife’s eldest sister who was not married and was working in a private companythere. She gladly welcomed both of them. I returned to Delhi in 1991 by whichtime my wife’s sister was virtually playing father’s role to my daughter andboth of them became very fond of each other. I tried hard to get a suitable jobfor me in Kolkata, so I could live with them. But to no avail. Despite mystrenuous efforts to join back my wife and daughter, the separation becameirreversible over a period of time. I remained isolated. None of my fourbrothers who were living in Delhi and Bengaluru were willing to provide me foodand shelter for long. For some time I stayed with my eldest brother in Delhibut he too was helpless when his eldest working son wanted me to vacate. So Imigrated to another part of Delhi to live alone. I searched for a job but itproved to be exhausting. A year later I migrated to Hyderabad and lived therefrom 2007. All my savings were spent over 15 years for my upkeep and helping myeldest brother’s family when he was in distress. He passed away nearly threeyears ago in Delhi. My wife and daughter do not want me to live with them anylonger as I am considered to be a liability to them. By God’s Grace, I was inreasonably good health and decided to use my skills and experiencesproductively. I managed to work for a year near my residence and bought alaptop. I earned a small sum of money by doing write ups for some websites andwas largely duped by most of them. Then I decided to write a non-fictiontitled, “Universal Quest for Happiness – Eternal Miracles of Sai Baba ofShirdi” which I uploaded to Amazon last year. My expectation of earning asteady income was belied as it did not fetch enough revenues to help memaintain myself. Some of my friends suggested that I wrote a novel thatappealed to the emotions of the readers of all ages. I thought of some ideasfor the story and began to write it in Hyderabad. Then with the help of myfriend, I reached Kattappana in Idukki District of Kerala, where I met aphilanthropist who recognized my talent and offered me shelter and food. Thissleepy township is an ideal retreat for writers and thinkers because it isserene and peaceful. I did some work for him initially and took the opportunityof continuing with writing my fiction titled, “Mistaken Allegiance” which Ifinished a month ago.

I have received accolades from publishers in U.K. and Europe and they arewilling to publish and market the book. But first and foremost, I would like tohave it published in Hindi and marketed in the country which has a potentialmarket for avid Hindi readers. To enable me to earn a sustainable income, Iappeal to you to help me publish my book and market it.  I shall begrateful for any donation that you can help me with to fulfill my objective. Please do not hesitate to contact me at srinivarajuwriter@gmail.com ifyou need any more information about me and/or my project.  Regards
