Graduates especially women from socially and economically weaker sections and backward areas coming from government run schools and colleges are very weak in job-ready skills and are not able to get good jobs or create local entrepreneurship opportunities. By helping them get a starting advantage to get better jobs and become economically better will help improve rural economy. The initiative is to conduct workshops in tier-3 towns free-of-cost for a period of 6 months and gradually scale it to cover larger areas like taluks and all districts in Karnataka.
