Problem

Young Girls and Boys from disadvantaged communities face barriers in joining the formal economy, lack of quality education, skills, social confidence, communication, language problems, issues with grooming /etiquette and also parental pressure to marry, keep house, to community pressure to only take respectable jobs and limitations on travel far from the family home.

The targeted population belongs to the age group 6 yrs to 23 years and belong to the weaker section of the society. These young girls belong to the weaker section of the society. Noida/Ghaziabad has many popular villages with population of around fifty Thousand people and more comprising of approximately 5000 such young girls, there are many organised /unorganized education centres catering to these youth however the quality of education remains a question mark. Most of the families residing in the village have migrated from Assam, West Bengal, Bihar, Uttaranchal, Orissa etc. The Beneficiaries are all from unserved families with low levels of income.
